摘要
价值网络作为一种新型产业组织结构,深刻改变了企业的生产方式和经营模式,其出现是信息技术进步和知识经济发展所导致的市场结构变革的要求。通过对价值网络本质及形成过程的分析,认为无论是价值网络还是模块企业都是具有耗散结构的自组织系统。在此基础上,将熵、耗散结构理论运用到对价值网路的研究,从模块企业个体和价值网络系统两个角度进行耗散结构形成及熵变的分析,试图进一步把握价值网络的演化路径,以期深入揭示价值网络系统演进的内在机理,并提出对企业发展具有实践指导意义的建议。
As a new industrial organization structure,value network has profoundly changed the mode of production and management of enterprises.The emergence of value network is the requirement of market structure reform caused by the progress of information technology and the development of knowledge economy.Based on the analysis of the essence and formation process of value network,this paper holds that both value network and modular enterprises are self-organizing systems with dissipative structure.On this basis,entropy and dissipative structure theory are applied to the study of value network.This paper analyzes the formation of dissipative structure and entropy change from two perspectives of modular enterprise and value network system,trying to further grasp the evolution path of value network.At the same time,this paper hopes to reveal the intrinsic mechanism of the evolution of value network system,and put forward some practical suggestions for the development of enterprises.
