摘要
针对目前煤矿井下使用的掘进机智能化程度低、与国外同类型产品在核心技术上存在较大差距的问题,在原有机电系统的基础上进行了改造。通过重新设计控制系统架构、编写具有先进算法的逻辑功能程序以及采用先进的通讯总线等方式提升了设备的自动化程度,通过现场试验证明了设备功能的完整性和运行的可靠性,为同类型的设备改进提供了思路。
In view of the current low level of intelligence of roadheaders used in coal mines,on the basis of the original electromechanical system,the control system of a roadheader was reformed.The control system architecture was redesigned,the logic function programs were written with advanced algorithms,and the advanced communication buses were used to enhance the degree of automation of the equipment.The field test has proved the integrity of equipment functions and the operating reliability.This work may provide some reference for the design of similar machines.
