摘要
传统测井系统采用的通讯总线对系统扩展的限制是明显的。随着电子技术和数字技术的飞速发展,以嵌入式处理器为核心的数据采集技术在测井仪器领域得到了广泛应用。设计了一种具有高开放性特征的网络化测井系统,利用嵌入式ARM芯片、高性能DSP芯片及FPGA器件等技术,实现了测井地面系统不同系列井下仪器的扩展配接,同时减小了板卡以及地面系统的整体体积。整个系统按照TCP/IP协议进行网络通讯,仪器只要符合相应的TCP/IP通讯协议及相应电气标准,就可以挂接到新型测井地面系统中。该系统对5700、EXCELL2000等系列多种井下仪器实现了成功挂接以及现场作业。
The communication bus used in the traditional well logging systems has obvious limitations on the system expansion. With the rapid development of electronic technology and digital technology,the data acquisition technology with the embedded processors as the core has been widely applied in the field of logging tools. A networked logging system with high open feature has been developed,which can connect different series logging tools and reduce the overall size of the card and the ground system by using the embedded ARM chip,FPGA devices and high performance DSP technology. The system uses the TCP/IP protocol for network communication. The logging tools,which once conform to the appropriate TCP/IP communication protocol and the corresponding electrical standards,can be connected to the new ground system. The system has achieved successful field operations with different down hole tools of 5700,EXCELL2000,etc.
