摘要
结合极薄煤层的采煤条件,分析了采煤机控制系统可靠运行的条件,以STM32单片机作为主控芯片,设计了电牵引采煤机的电气控制系统,并设计了模拟量采集模块、电流采集模块,可对现场数据进行实时监测,实现动力设备保护的要求。
Combining the mining conditions of ultra-thin coal seam,this paper analyzes the conditions for reliable operation of the control system of shearer.Using STM32 microcontroller as the main control chip,the electrical control system of an electric traction shearer is designed,which includes analog data acquisition module and current acquisition module.Through the real-time monitoring of field data,the requirement of power equipment protection can be met.
