摘要
为了满足微型土压平衡盾构机在不同地质条件下的正常掘进,设计制造了开口率可变的0.92m微型土压平衡盾构机刀盘。对微型盾构机刀盘的结构设计与刀具的布置方法进行了详细说明,并结合地质和岩土工程方面的知识,对微型土压平衡盾构机刀盘所受载荷进行了计算。利用CATIA软件对所建立的刀盘三维模型进行了有限元分析,结果表明刀盘的结构设计完全满足使用要求。
To meet the normal tunneling of the micro earth pressure balance shield machine under different geological conditions,the 0.92 m micro earth pressure balance shield machine cutter head with variable opening rate was designed and manufactured.The structure design of the cutter head and the layout method of cutter are described in detail.The load of the cutter head of the miniature earth pressure balance shield machine is calculated with the knowledge of geological and geotechnical engineering.The 3D model of the cutter is set up and analyzed by CATIA software,and the results show that the structural design of the cutter is completely meet the requirement.It has certain guiding significance for designers of cutterhead.
