摘要
对0.000 5级电流比较仪工作标准的乘法线路进行分析,从3个来源对校准结果不确定度进行评定,对合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度进行计算,并通过传递比较法验证了不确定度数据的准确性。
Through analyzing multiplying circuit of working standard for 0.0005 current comparator,the uncertainty is analyzed and evaluated from three sources.The synthetic standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty are calculated.The calibration results are verified by transfer comparison method.
