摘要
工频电流比例标准的主标准至少由最高标准电流比较仪、传递标准电流比较仪和工作标准电流比较仪组成。文中对最高标准电流比较仪的自校准方法进行分析,并对校准结果不确定度进行评定,通过传递比较法进行验证,证明数据的合理性。
The main standard sets for current ratio standard at power frequency at least consist of the highest standard current comparator,the transfer standard current comparator and the working standard current comparator. In this paper,self calibration method of highest standard current comparator is analyzed. The uncertainty of calibration results is evaluated,and at last it is verified by transfer comparison method in order to prove the rationality of the data.
