摘要
白及炼苗是组培育苗中的关键环节,本文进行了白及组培苗夏季大田炼苗技术的研究,通过使用疏松透气基质、添加共生菌培养、规范炼苗设施,提高了炼苗成活率,增强了植株抗性,解决了白及生产受季节限制的问题。
It is the key link to harden seedling in the process of the tissue culture of Bletilla striata.In this paper,field hardening seedling of the tissue culture of Bletilla striata was studied in summer.The survival rate and seedling resistance were improved by using loose aeration matrix,adding symbiotic bacteria and standardizing hardening seedling facilities.lt solved the seasonal restriction of Bletilla striata’s production.
