摘要
目的运用SDCA维稳医院病案归档率,实现三甲医院评审要求及医院科学管理。方法在运用SDCA循环管理方法前,医院病案归档时间存在延误,严重不达标的情况。从2017年3月开始实施SDCA管理方法,确定标准化目标,分析存在的问题,制定计划,实施、核查和改进。结果实施半年后,病案3日归档率从44.13%跃升到92.84%,之后病案3日归档率都基本维持在90.00%以上,7个工作日病案归档率为100.00%。结论 SDCA循环是病案归档管理质量实现标准化、同质化的有效工具。
Objective To achieve the review requirements of the top three hospitals and the scientific management of the hospital by using the SDCA stability stabilization medical record filing rate.Methods Before using the SDCA cycle management method,there was a delay in the archiving time of hospital medical records.The situation of serious non-compliance was implemented from March 2017.The SDCA management method was implemented to determine the standardization objectives,analyze existing problems,and plan,implement,verify and improve.Results After half a year of implementation,the filing rate of medical records jumped from 44.13%to 92.84%on the 3rd.After that,the filing rate of medical records was basically maintained at 90.00%on the 3rd,and the filing rate of medical records on 7 working days was basically 100.00%.Conclusion The SDCA cycle is an effective tool for standardizing and homogenizing the quality of medical records.
