摘要
介绍了首都医科大学宣武医院在HIMSS EMRAM 7建设过程中全面实现无纸化病案的做法,通过病案归档管理、借阅复印流程再造、质控改进等措施,可保证无纸化的落实,推进医院精细化管理水平提升。实施无纸化病案不仅是对信息系统的改造,而且是对医院管理工作流程的再造。
The problems of paperless medical records were introduced in the process of HIMSS 7 construction in Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University.It guaranteed the paperless implementation process to promote the level of hospital refinement through measures of medical records archiving management,borrowing and copying process reengineering and quality control improvement.The implementation of paperless medical records were not only the transformation of information system,but also the reengineering of hospital management workflows.
