摘要
为解决气化炉内夹套频繁开裂问题,通过对气化炉现场温度、流量试验及开裂部位材料取样试验,对气化炉有限元温度场、应力场进行计算分析,并对气化炉内水动力进行计算分析,针对气化炉内夹套开裂的原因,采取相应措施,效果良好。
To solve the problem of inner jacket crack frequently occurred on the gasifier,we calculated and analyzed the temperature field and stress field through finite element modeling,at the same time calculated and analyzed the hydraulic force inside the gasifier using the data of temperature and flow test on site,and sampling test on cracking section to find the cracking reason,and take corresponding measures.
