摘要
为了分析制动支管开裂是否由焊接工艺引起,采用常用的焊条电弧焊、MAG焊、TIG焊进行了几组试验。结果表明均能获得较好的焊接接头,焊接工艺不是引起制动管开裂的原因。通过对制动管开裂的试验分析,得出是由于缝隙腐蚀所引起的疲劳裂纹,并提出采用脉冲TIG焊专机、焊端倒角、TIG重熔或涂密封胶、减少接头应力集中、细化工艺文件、加强焊工培训和严格施工等预防措施,以减少和防止断裂的产生。
In order to analyze that the brake pipe cracking is caused by welding technology,several group welding tests is carry out by the common electric arc welding, MAG welding and TIG welding.The result shows that all welding can achieve good joints,Welding process is not the reason to cause the cracking of the brake pipe.The brake pipe cracking test anaysis,that is because the crevice corrosion caused by fatigue crack,and brings forward the pulse TIG welding machine,welding end chamfering,TIG remelting or sealant,reduce joints stress concentration,fine chemical technology file,strict traing and construction of preventive measures,in order to reduce and prevent the fracture genertaion.
