摘要
目的分析手术室细节护理在确保手术室护理安全中的应用效果。方法选择2015年2月—2017年2月我院收治的200例手术患者,根据入院时间不同分为两组,各100例。对照组接受手术室常规护理,研究组开展手术室细节护理。将两组护理质量、安全指标及护理满意度进行比较。结果与对照组相比,研究组仪器设备管理、巡回护士配合技能、手术室器械准备、消毒隔离及护理质量安全评分均较高,护理满意度及护理人员形象与职业素养评分、护理综合评分均较高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论手术室护理中实施细节护理有助于提高护理质量,保障护理安全,提高护理人员工作效率及技能,减少医疗纠纷。
Objective To analyze the application effect of detailed nursing in ensuring the nursing safety in operating room.Methods 200 patients with surgery in the hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were selected,and they were divided into two groups by admission time,with 100 cases in each group.Control group was given routine nursing in operating room,while research group was given detailed nursing in operating room.The nursing quality,safety indexes and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with control group,the scores of instrument and equipment management,cooperation skill of circulating nurse,instruments preparation in operating room,disinfection and isolation,nursing quality and safety in research group were higher,and the nursing satisfaction,image of nursing staff,professional quality,nursing comprehensive scores in research group were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Detailed nursing in operating room can increase nursing quality,ensure nursing safety,increase working efficiency and skills of nursing staf f,and reduce medical disputes.
