摘要
目的 探讨细节护理在手术室管理中的临床效果.方法 选择2012年3月至2013年3月,浙江省湖州市吴兴区人民医院手术室120例外科择期手术患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组60例,对照组患者来用常规护理,观察组患者采用细节护理,对两组护理质量评分、护理满意度进行观察和比较.结果 观察组护理总体质量评分为（9.1±0.8）分,明显优于对照组的（5.0±0.7）分,差异有统计学意义（=2.72,P＜0.05）;护理满意度观察组为88.3％,明显高于对照组的56.7％,差异有统计学意义（x2=15.09,P＜0.05）.结论 细节护理能够明显提高手术室护理质量,增加护理满意度,规范和完善手术室管理,值得临床推广.
Objective To explore the application effect and clinical analysis of detail nursing in operation room management.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with surgical operation in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2013 were chosen and randomly divided into the control group （routine nursing） and the observation group （detail nursing）,each with 60 cases.The scores of nursing total quality and nursing satisfaction in the two groups were observed and compared.Results The score of nursing total quality was （9.1 ± 0.8） in the observation group,and （5.0 ± 0.7） in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （t =2.72,P ＜0.05）.The nursing satisfaction degree was 88.3％ in the observation group,and 56.7％ in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （x2 =15.09,P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusions The detail nursing can significantly improve the nursing quality in operation room,increase nursing satisfaction and worthy of clinical promotion.
