摘要
师生关系作为学校最基本也是最重要的人际关系是一个永恒的话题,其中,韩愈的《师说》可谓是自古至今关于师生关系的点睛之作。当下,小学的师生关系存在许多亟需解决的问题,比如:平等的沟通存在障碍、教师的惩罚与偏爱并存等,其产生的原因主要是:师生关系绝对化、学生获取知识的多样性、教师素养有待提高等。受《师说》中师生关系思想的启发,构建良好的师生关系需正确定位教师角色,优化知识的传播途径并以学生为中心,使师生关系相对化。
Teacher-student relationship is the most basic and important interpersonal relationship in schools,and it is an eternal topic.Among them,Han Yu's"On Teachers"can be described as the finishing touch of teacher-student relationship since ancient times.At present,there are many problems that need to be solved in the teacher-student relationship in primary schools.For example,there are obstacles to equal communication,and teachers'punishment and preference coexist.The main reasons are:the absolute relationship between teachers and students,and the diversity of students'ways to acquire knowledge,and the insufficiency of teacher'quality.Inspired by the teacher-student relationship in"On Teachers",building a good teacher-student relationship requires correct orientation of the teacher's role,optimization of the way of knowledge dissemination and taking students as the center to make the teacher-student relationship a relative concept.
