用不同方法定量分析羊毛和桑蚕丝二组份织物 被引量:4

Quantitative Analysis of Two Component Fabrics of Wool and Silk by Different Methods

摘要 桑蚕丝羊毛二组份织物纤维含量按照国标GB/T 2910.18—2009中75%硫酸法测试时经常会有偏差,标准中测试温度为室温,范围较宽泛,温度又是硫酸损伤羊毛的重要影响因素,为了减小偏差采用不同温度进行定量分析实验,同时采用不同分析方法来测试得出其他可行方法。对于交织织物可采用手工分解法,混纺织物需采用化学分析法,如常温75%硫酸法、常温35%盐酸法。结果表明:75%硫酸法比较适合的水浴温度是20℃,35%盐酸法适合的水浴温度是20~30℃,通过试验分析比较,35%盐酸法要比75%硫酸法操作方便、测试时间短、结果更加精确。 The fiber content of two component fabrics of wool and silk often has deviation when it is tested with 75%sulfuric acid method as per GB/T 2910.18-2009.In the standard,the test temperature is room temperature,and the scope of temperature is too wide.The temperature is also an important factor which influences wool damaged by sulfuric acid.To reduce the deviation,quantitative analysis was conducted under different temperature.In addition,different analysis methods were used to gain other feasible methods.For mixed fabrics,manual decomposition method can be adopted.For blended fabrics,chemical analysis methods required,such as 75% sulfuric acid method under room temperature and 35% hydrochloric acid method under room temperature.The results showed that the suitable bath temperature for 75% sulfuric acid method was 20℃ and that for 35% hydrochloric acid method was between 20~30℃.Also according to the experimental results,the 35%hydrochloric acid method had such advantages as more convenient operation,shorter testing time and more accurate results than 75% sulfuric acid method.
