摘要 介绍了羊毛与桑蚕丝混纺产品定量分析方法,即75%硫酸室温法和75%硫酸50℃法。测试并分析了75%硫酸50℃法的最佳溶解时间,并确定了50℃法时羊毛纤维质量修正系数,同时对比了75%硫酸室温法和75%硫酸50℃法测定的羊毛含量偏差。结果表明,采用75%硫酸50℃法对羊毛与桑蚕丝混纺产品进行定量分析是可行的,耗时短,试验数据稳定,且羊毛含量偏差小,准确性较高。 The quantitative analysis method of wool and mulberry silk blended product was introduced, i.e., 75% sulfuric acid method at room temperature and 75% sulfuric acid method at 50 ℃. The optimal dissolving time of 75% sulfuric acid at 50 ℃ method was tested and analyzed, and quality correction coefficient of wool was de- termined by the method of 50 ℃, at the same time, wool content deviation tested by 75% sulfuric acid method at room temperature was compared with that by 75% sulfuric acid at 50 ℃. The results show that quantitative analysis of wool and mulberry silk blended product by 75% sulfuric acid at 50 is feasible with short time-consuming, sta- ble test data, small wool content deviation and high accuracy.
