摘要
近年来,医养结合养老模式的热度在全国各地不断升温,但是相关政策只是从宏观层面指导医养结合模式的发展方向,没有政策细则和行业标准对医养结合服务工作进行具体指导和规范。以建设标准化的医养结合养老服务入手,根据医养结合养老模式的现实处境,从养老与医疗产业的融合、保障老年人医疗和生活照料方面的服务标准、提高服务质量等方面分析建设标准化的医养结合的必要性,并从政府和机构的角度提出政策建议。
In recent years,the popularity of the mode of integrated treatment and convalescence has been increasing all over the country,but the relevant policies only guide the development direction of integrated treatment and convalescence from macro level,and there is no specific guidance and specification for integrated treatment and convalescence by the policy rules and industrial standards.This article proceed with building standardized integrated treatment and convalescence service for the aged,analyzes the necessity from aspects such as integration of pension and medical industry,guarantee service standard of medical service and daily care for the aged,and improve service quality.Put forward some policy suggestions from the angle of government and organizations.
