摘要
介绍了一种大型球铁件中压外缸的铸造结构及技术要求,利用CAE技术,将多种工艺方案可能产生的缺陷问题进行模拟分析,找到产生缺陷的根本原因,并提出了改进方案,解决了中压外缸铸造过程中的缩松与探伤等问题。
The casting structure and technical requirement of a kind of large ductile iron casting has been introduced.By use of CAE technology,the defects of various process schemes have been simulated and analyzed.The root cause of defects has been found out and the improved proposal has been put forward.Finally,the problems of shrinkage porosity and flaw detection during the casting process of the medium-pressure outer cylinder have been solved.
