摘要
目的评价窝沟封闭术联合氟保护漆在小儿龋齿预防中的应用效果。方法选取院健康体检儿童100例,随机将其分为实验组与对照组,各50例。对照组行窝沟封闭术治疗,实验组联合氟保护漆治疗,对比两组的龋齿法或是能力以及封闭剂脱落状况。结果经过调查对照组6个月和1年后的龋齿发生率高于实验组(P<0.05);实验组6个月和1年后封闭剂脱落情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组的满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在小儿龋齿预防的过程中,采用窝沟封闭术联合氟保护漆的方式,能够加快康复速度,预防不良反应问题,操作较为简单,使用安全性较高。
Objective To evaluate the effect of foveolar closure combined with fluorine protective paint on the prevention of dental caries in children.Methods A total of 100 healthy children were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group was treated with pit and groove occlusion, and the experimental group was treated with fluorine protective paint.Results After 6 months and 1 year, the incidence of dental caries in the control group was higher than that in the experimental group ( P < 0.05). The abscission of the blocking agent was superior to the control group at 6 months and 1 year ( P < 0.05). The satisfaction score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group ( P < 0.05).Conclusion In the process of prevention of dental caries in children, the method of pit and groove closure combined with fluorine protective paint can speed up the recovery and prevent adverse reaction problems.
