摘要
介绍了电液混合式注塑机的组成、工作原理及其伺服直驱式电液控制系统的组成。由于电液混合式注塑机的伺服驱动系统具有时变性、非线性和滞后性等特点,为提高注塑机的控制精度,提升注塑制品质量,基于专家控制规则提出了一种智能比例积分微分(PID)控制方法。仿真结果表明:智能PID控制方法能够实现注塑机的在线自适应控制功能,显著提高了控制精度以及控制系统的响应速度,为注塑机可靠稳定运行提供了有效保证。
This paper introduces the structure and working principle of electro-hydraulic hybrid injection moulding machine as well as the composition of Servo direct drive electrohydraulic control system.A proportional,integral and derivative(PID)control method is proposed that is based on the expert algorithm to improve the control precision of the machine and quality of products due to the time dependence,non-linearity and posterity of the system.The simulation results show that the control method can realize the on-line adaptive control function of the injection moulding machine,improve the control precision and the response speed of the control system,which guarantees the reliable and stable operation of the injection moulding machine.
