摘要
针对纤维卷尺数字套印过程中多印轮印刷区域的张力控制问题,设计了恒张力控制系统,系统控制算法采用积分分离PID控制,对积分分离控制器系统进行封装,建立了张力控制系统仿真模型。用MATLAB对系统进行了仿真分析,结果表明,该方法改善了系统张力控制性能,提高了控制的精度。
Aiming at the problems of controltension of multi-printing wheels area in processing overprint of the fiber tape digital printing,the paper designed the constant tension control system,the control algorithm of system adopted the integral separation PID control,the controller seal-packaged and built the simulation model of tension control system.The system simulated and analyzed by MATLAB,the results show that this method can improve the performance and control precision of the tension control system.
