摘要
目的分析对霉菌性外耳道炎患者使用耳内镜下外耳道清理联合抗真菌药物治疗的效果。方法 152例霉菌性外耳道炎患者,随机分为A组(82例)与B组(70例)。A组患者接受外耳道内镜清理和派瑞松外耳道布药治疗, B组使用外耳道清理和氟康唑滴耳液治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果经过治疗后, A组痊愈61例,显效18例,无效3例,总有效率为96.3%;B组痊愈41例,显效16例,无效13例,总有效率为81.4%。A组患者总有效率显著高于B组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.917,P<0.05)。结论耳内镜负压吸引和盐水冲洗结合耳道内派瑞松布药治疗方式是治疗霉菌性外耳道炎的最佳方式,值得推广使用。
Objective To analyze the effect of endoscopic external auditory canal cleaning combined with antifungal drugs on the treatment of patients with fungal otitis externa.Methods A total of 152 patients with fungal otitis externa were randomly divided into group A(82 cases)and group B(70 cases).Group A received endoscopic external auditory canal cleaning and pevisone for external auditory canal,and group B received external auditory canal cleaning and fluconazole ear drops.The clinical efficacy in two groups was compared.Results After treatment,group A had 61 cure cases,18 effective cases,and 3 ineffective cases,with total effective rate as 96.3%,while group B had 41 cure cases,16 effective cases and 13 ineffective cases,with total effective rate as 81.4%.Group A had significantly higher total effective rate than group B,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=8.917,P<0.05).Conclusion Negative pressure suction and saline irrigation combined with pevisone for external auditory canal is the best way to treat fungal otitis externa,and it is worth popularizing and applying.
