摘要
文章构建了高校图书馆微服务平台服务质量的观测量表,以SPSS软件为基础,运用因子分析、方差分析等方法探讨高校中用户性别、研究生与本科生以及本科生高低年级对微服务平台服务质量的感知差异。研究结果发现用户对于微服务平台的服务质量的感知存在差异,建议图书馆微服务平台加强服务推广,注重用户的信息安全,完善微服务平台的相关功能,重视用户与平台间的良性互动。
This paper uses the self-built service scale of micro service platform to measure the quality of service,based on the SPSS software,using factor analysis and analysis of variance to explore the gender,postgraduate and undergraduate students,Whether there has difference in the perception of the service quality of the micro service platform.From the results of the research,it is found that users have different perceptions on the service quality of the micro service platform.It is suggested that in the future,the micro service platform of the library should enhance service promotion,pay attention to the information security of users,and improve the related service platform Function,pay attention to the positive interaction between users and platforms.
