摘要
美国博物馆与图书馆服务署在《改造社区:IMLS2018-2022战略规划》中制定了其在未来5年的发展规划。本文在详细阐述分析该规划内容的基础上,结合国内图书馆发展现状,提出重视战略计划制定、提高社区居民信息素养、助力早期教育以及加强弱势群体服务等建议。
The Institute of Museum and Library Service in the United States makes development plans in following five years in the report of The IMLS2018-2022 Strategic Plan:Transforming the Community.Based on detailed elaboration and analysis of the content of the strategic plan,combining the status of library development in China,this paper puts forward suggestions that paying attention to strategic plan making,improving information literacy of community residents,assisting early education,and strengthening services for vulnerable groups.
