摘要
培养研究生的创新能力是研究生培养的中心工作。通过分析研究生科研素养的内涵和创新能力的表征,并分析了二者之间的辩证关系,表明科研素养是创新能力的基础,创新能力是科研素养的升华。在实践工作中通过学术氛围、研究方法和科研精神的训练,使研究生创新能力的培养得到充分保证。
Itis the center job of cultivating graduate students for their innovation ability. The connotation of scientific research accomplishment and the characterization of innovation ability for graduate students are analyzed in this paper, and the dialectical relationship between them is analyzed then. The results show that the scientific research accomplishment is the foundation of the innovation ability, and the innovation ability is the sublimation of the scientific research accomplishment. Finally through the training of academic atmosphere, research method and scientific research spirit, the training of innovation ability for the students is fully guaranteed.
