絮凝-气浮法处理造纸法再造烟叶废水的研究 被引量:2

摘要 为探寻造纸法再造烟叶废水中有机污染物的去除效率,采用了絮凝-气浮法对造纸法再造烟叶废水进行预处理。以阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)为助凝剂,聚合硫酸铁(PFS)和聚合氯化铝(PAC)为絮凝剂,对造纸法再造烟叶生产废水进行絮凝沉淀处理。研究结果表明:PFS与相对分子量1100万、离子度为40%的CPAM复合使用絮凝效果最佳;当废水温度为32℃、pH为6. 5,PFS用量为400 mg/L、CPAM用量为5 mg/L、气浮设备进水150 m3/h、气浮压力0. 35 MPa时,CODC r、SS和色度去除率最高。 In order to devise an effective mean for eliminating organic pollutants in wastewater from paper-making reconstituted tobacco,an flocculation-flotation method was used to pretreat wastewater.The cationic polyacrylamide(CPAM)was used as coagulant,polyferric sulfate(PFS)and polyaluminium chloride(PAC)were used as flocculant.PFS was used with CPAM that relatived molecular weight of 11 million and 40%ion degree,which had the best flocculation result.At the temperature of 32℃,the pH of 6.5,the PFS dosage of 400 mg/L,the CPAM dosage of 5 mg/L,the air flotation inlet of 150 m^3/h,the air flotation pressure of 0.35 MPa,the CODCr,SS and chroma removal rate were 65.2%,87.43 and 72.53%,respectively,which were the optimum effects.
