摘要
形态发生紊乱关联激活因子l(Daam1)是形成素蛋白家族的成员,此蛋白含有1 068个氨基酸,并在人类各组织中广泛表达。Daam1在乳腺癌细胞中异常活化,与乳腺癌的转移、侵袭密切相关,鉴于其在乳腺癌转移过程中的重要作用,或可成为乳腺癌分子靶向治疗的新靶点。
Daam1(Dishevelled-associated activator of morphogenesis1) is a member of the formin proteins,which contains 1068 amino acids and is widely expressed in human tissues.Abnormal activation of Daam1 in breast cancer cells is closely associated with the metastasis and invasion of breast cancer into tissues.Given its important function in process of breast cancer metastasis,Daam1 may be a new molecular target for targeted therapy of breast cancer.
