血清miR-215和miR-34a表达水平与非小细胞肺癌患者术后复发或转移的关系 被引量:1

Correlations between serum miR-215 and miR-34a expression levels and postoperative recurrence or metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer

摘要 目的探究血清微小核糖核酸(miR)-215、miR-34a表达水平与非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者复发或转移的关系。方法选取113例NSCLC患者,根据随访期间是否发生复发或转移分为无复发或转移组(n=54)和复发或转移组(n=59),同期收集113例体检健康志愿者作为对照组。对比3组对象血清miR-215和miR-34a表达水平,对比有无复发或转移组的临床病理参数,分析复发或转移的影响因素,使用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析血清miR-215和miR-34a预测NSCLC复发或转移的价值。结果血清miR-215在复发或转移组中的表达水平显著低于无复发或转移组和对照组,且无复发或转移组低于对照组(P<0.05)。血清miR-34a在复发或转移组中的表达水平显著高于无复发或转移组和对照组,且无复发或转移组高于对照组(P<0.05)。复发或转移组和无复发或转移组间性别、年龄、肿瘤部位、肿瘤病理类型、吸烟情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),复发或转移组和无复发或转移组间肿瘤分化程度、TNM分期比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TNM高分期、肿瘤低分化及miR-215低表达、miR-34a高表达是NSCLC复发或转移的危险因素(OR>1、P<0.05)。血清miR-215和miR-34a联合预测NSCLC复发或转移的AUC为0.835,准确度为0.845(98/116)。结论NSCLC患者血清miR-215呈低表达,miR-34a呈高表达,且与NSCLC复发或转移密切相关,miR-215、miR-34a对NSCLC术后复发或转移具有一定的预测价值,联合检测对NSCLC复发或转移的预测价值更高。 Objective To investigate the correlations between the serum MicroRNA-125(miR-215)and miR-34a expression levels and postoperative recurrence or metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods Totally 113 patients with NSCLC who were diagnosed and treated from January 2018 to May 2019 were selected,and divided into no recurrence or metastasis group(n=54)and recurrence or metastasis group(n=59)according to whether recurrence or metastasis occurred during follow-up.Totally 113 healthy volunteers at the same time were enrolled as the control group.The serum miR-215 and miR-34a expression levels among the three groups were compare.The clinicopathological parameters of recurrence or metastasis group and no recurrence or metastasis group were compared.The influencing factors of recurrence or metastasis were analyzed,and the value of serum miR-215 and miR-34a in predicting recurrence or metastasis of NSCLC was analyzed by receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve.Results The serum miR-215 expression level in recurrence or metastasis group was significantly lower than those in no recurrence or metastasis group and control group;and that in no recurrence or metastasis group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The serum miR-34a expression level in recurrence or metastasis group was significantly higher than those in no recurrence or metastasis group and control group;and that in no recurrence or metastasis group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in gender,age,tumor location,tumor pathological type or smoking between recurrence or metastasis group and no recurrence or metastasis group(P>0.05).There were significant differences in tumor differentiation and TNM stage between recurrence or metastasis group and no recurrence or metastasis group(P<0.05).High TNM stage,low tumor differentiation,miR-215 low expression and miR-34a high expression were the risk factors of NSCLC recurrence or metastasis(P<0.05).The AUC(0.95%CI)of serum miR-21
