摘要
在一台增压4缸直喷柴油机上开展了不同聚甲基二甲醚(PODE)掺混比例和喷油参数对柴油机燃烧和排放特性影响的试验.测试燃料包括纯柴油(PD0)、两种柴油/PODE混合燃料分别为PD20(PODE体积分数为20%)和PD30(PODE体积分数为30%).结果表明:随着喷油时刻的推迟,3种燃料缸内压力峰值降低,放热率峰值增加,燃油消耗率增加,热效率下降,CO和HC排放增加,NOx排放减小,颗粒物质量浓度降低,数量浓度先降低后升高;随喷油压力的增加,3种燃料缸内压力和放热率峰值增加,CO和HC排放减小,NOx排放增加,颗粒物数浓度和质量浓度下降.喷油时刻推迟和喷油压力增加都会使PD0的烟度排放明显减少,但对PD20和PD30的烟度排放影响比较小.随着PODE比例增加,热效率提高,但燃油消耗率上升,CO、HC和烟度排放下降,NOx排放小幅增加,颗粒物数浓度和质量浓度显著降低.
Experimental study was performed on combustion and emission characteristics of different injection parameters in a four-cylinder turbocharged direct-injection diesel engine fueled with polyoxymethylene dimethyl ethers(PODE)of different blending ratios.The test fuels include pure diesel(PD0),two blends of PODE and diesel fuel denoted as PD20(20%PODE and 80%diesel in volume)and PD30(30%PODE and 70%diesel in volume)respectively.Results show that,as the injection timing is retarded,the peak in-cylinder pressure,the BTE,CO and HC emissions and PM emissions decrease for the three tested fuels,while the peak heat release,the BSFC and NOx emissions increase.PN emissions are observed to first reduce and then increase.With the increase of injection pressure,the peak fire pressure,the peak heat release,CO and HC emissions increase,while NOx emissions,PM and PN emissions reduce.Retarding of injection timing and increasing of injection pressure are both beneficial for smoke reduction of PD0 fuel,but less impact on PD20 and PD30 fuels.With the increase of PODE ratios,the BTE can be improved with a penalization of the BSFC,CO,HC and smoke decreases,PM and PN reduce dramatically,but NOx slightly increases.
