摘要 在SDA16V160柴油发动机上模拟分析了F-T柴油和0~#柴油在不同Phi值的情况下的燃烧和排放特性。通过对比发现,与燃用0~#柴油相比,柴油机燃用F-T柴油具有如下特性:F-T柴油的动力性有所下降,但燃油经济性有所提高,随Phi值的增加燃烧压力和温度峰值有所降低但变化不明显;NO、CO和Soot排放同时降低,Phi值为0.7时,分别降低19.2%、12%和54%;Phi值为0.9时,分别降低20%、16.4%和35.7%;Phi值为1.1时,分别降低17.6%、17.9%和60%。综合动力性、经济性和排放来看,F-T柴油是未来替代传统柴油的一个较好选择。 The combustion and emission characteristics of F-T diesel and NO.0 diesel under different Phi values were simulated on SDA16 V160 diesel engine. By comparison, compared with NO.0 diesel fuel, diesel engine burning F-T diesel has the following characteristics:The power performance of F-T diesel has decreased, but the fuel economy has been improved; The combustion pressure and temperature peak value decreased with the increase of Phi value, but the change was not obvious, NO, CO and Soot emissions decrease at the same time. When the Phi value is 0.7, the value decreases by 19.2%, 12% and 54%; When the Phi value was 0.9, the value decreased by 20%, 16.4% and 35.7%; when the value of Phi was 1.1 the value decreased by 17.6%, 17.9% and 60%.In view of comprehensive power, economy and emission, F-T diesel is a better alternative to traditional diesel oil in the future.
