摘要
中国东北地区与俄罗斯远东地区有着漫长的边界线,加快中俄边界地区跨境铁路运输走廊的建设,对推动两国毗邻边疆地区的发展,促进东北亚国家的互联互通,建设东部陆海丝绸之路经济带具有重要意义。中俄利用俄罗斯远东铁路网络构建跨境铁路运输走廊具有现实可行性。目前,中俄东北跨境铁路运输合作既取得了积极的成果,也面临着一系列问题。采取相应的措施巩固成果,解决问题,是推动毗邻边疆地区跨境铁路运输更快更好发展的主要任务。
Northeast China and Far East of Russia share a long border line.It is of great significance to accelerate the construction of railway corridor in the border areas between China and Russia,in order to promote the development of border areas of both sides,the connectivity among northeast Asian countries and the economic belt of the land and maritime silk road in eastern China.At present,there is a growing possibility for China and Russia to build a cross-border railway corridor by making use of the existing Russian Far East railway network close to China s border.The cooperation between China and Russia on cross-border railway transportation in northeast China has not only gained positive results,but also faced a series of problems.As for the current major task,related measures should be taken to consolidate results and solve problems with the aim of promoting faster and better development of cross-border railway transportation in China-Russia border areas.
