摘要
高等职业教育的蓬勃发展既是时代发展的需要,也是经济社会对技术技能型人才多元化需求的需要。高职院校欲在高等职业教育的快速发展中提高核心竞争力,其重要的举措是加强师资队伍建设。从质量观的视角,阐述了加强高职院校师资队伍建设的重要意义,分析了高职院校师资队伍建设现存的问题,在此基础上从重视师资人力资源规划、加强师德师风建设、深化校企合作、完善绩效考核管理体系、规范兼职教师聘任与管理等方面提出了加强高职院校师资队伍建设应采取的对策建议。
The prosperous development of high vocational education is not only the need of the time,but also the demand of skillful talents from the economic society.To promote core competitiveness in the high-speed development of high vocational education,it is an important measure for high vocational colleges to strengthen the construction of teachers.This paper,from the perspective of quality concept,elaborates the significance of strengthening the teachers'construction in high vocational colleges,analyzes the current problems in the process.On this basis,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in the aspects of planning of teachers and human resources and strengthening the morality of teachers,deepening the cooperation between schools and enterprises,perfecting the performance evaluation management system,standardizing the appointment and management of part-time teachers,etc.
