摘要
在我国工业领域高速发展的背景下,单电机控制方法已经很难满足现代生产的需要,正因如此,多电机同步控制成为当前需要解决的首要问题。下文结合实践,在对PLC功能特点及变频器分类进行分析的基础上,探讨和研究了基于PLC和变频器的多电机速度同步控制的分析与设计,旨在为相关工作的开展,提供有益参考。
In the context of the rapid development of China's industrial sector,single-motor control methods have been difficult to meet the needs of modern production.For this reason,multi-motor synchronous control has become the primary problem that needs to be solved.Based on the analysis of PLC function characteristics and frequency converter classification,the analysis and design of multi-motor speed synchronous control based on PLC and frequency converter are discussed and studied in order to provide useful reference for the development of related work.
