摘要
目的探讨缬沙坦联合百令胶囊对高血压肾病(HN)尿蛋白和血压的作用。方法将80例原发性HN患者随机分为两组,各40例。对照组给予缬沙坦治疗,联合组在对照组基础上加服百令胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗前后24 h动态血压和尿蛋白、尿微量白蛋白(mAlb)变化情况。结果两组治疗后24 h收缩压(SBP)及舒张压(DBP)、24 h尿蛋白和mAlb含量与治疗前相比均明显降低(P<0.05),联合组24 h尿蛋白、mAlb含量均低于对照组(P<0.01),但治疗后联合组24 h的SBP和DBP与对照组比较差异不显著(P>0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率无差异(P>0.05)。结论百令胶囊联合缬沙坦治疗HN,可减轻肾脏损伤,降低尿蛋白浓度,改善肾脏功能。
Objective To probe into the clinical efficacy of valsartan concurrent with the Bailing capsule in the urine protein concentration and blood pressure in hypertensive nephropathy.Methods Eighty cases of hypertensive nephropathy were randomly divided into control group and combined group,each with 40 cases according to the treating program.The control group was only administrated with valsartan,while the combined group received valsartan plus the Bailing capsule.The changes in 24h ambulatory blood pressure,24h urinary protein and microalbumin were determined,and compared before and after treatment.Results The 24h systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),and the concentrations of 24h urinary protein and microalbumin(mAlb)of post-treatment 8-week,in the both groups,were significantly lower than those of pre-treatment(P<0.05).The 24h urinary protein and mAlb levels of post-treatment 8-week in the combined group declined much more compared with those of the control group(P<0.01),but no significant difference occurred in 24h SBP and DBP between the groups after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in incidence rate of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The valsartan concurrent with the Bailing capsule alleviated nephric impairment,reduced the concentrations of urinary protein and mAlb,and ameliorated renal function in treating hypertensive nephropathy.
