摘要
目的探讨老年原发性高血压(EH)患者动态血压变化与动态心电图的相关性。方法89例EH患者同步检测24h动态血压(ABPM)和动态心电图(DCG),分析血压变化与心电图的关系。结果(1)EH患者中有58例(65.2%)血压昼夜节律消失。(2)DCG中有多种异常改变,心律失常78例(87.6%),ST段改变有43例(48.3%)。(3)DCG改变与ABPM血压改变有显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论ABPM与DCG同步检测有助于鉴别血压变化与心脏的关系。
Objective To analyze the relationship between increase or decrease in blood pressure and cardiac ischemia or arrhythmia in patients with essential hypertension（EH）. Methods Eighty-nine patients with essential hypertension were recorded of 24-hour blood pressure and Holter ECG. Results Circadian rhythms of BP disappeared in 53 patients（59.6% ）. ST changes and arrhythmia were found in 43 and 78 patients respectively. Conclusion Essential hypertension, the extent of increase or decrease of blood pressure are related to cardiac ischemia and arrhythmia.
