摘要 以烯丙基缩水甘油醚与三甲氧基硅烷为原料,并以目标产物γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧基)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH 560)为溶剂,使用自制催化剂,原料三甲氧基硅烷和烯丙基缩水甘油醚通过逆流在塔中进行气液接触反应制备KH 560,降低了两种原料的副反应和β加成副产物的量,提高了KH 560收率。该工艺路线简单,对设备要求低,投入较少,可优化KH 560的工业化生产。 γ-(2,3-epoxypropoxy)propytrimethoxysilane(KH 560)was prepared by hydrosilylation with allyl glycidyl ether and trimethoxysilane as the raw materials,KH 560 as solvent,using a self-made catalyst.The semi-continuous process of preparing KH 560 was design and carried out.KH 560 were obtained by countercurrent contact between trimethoxy silane and allyl glycidyl ether in the tower reactor.The amount of by-product ofβ-addition and side reaction of the two raw materials were reduced markedly,and the yield of KH 560 was increased.The process is simple in equipment and easy in operation,low investment cost of equipment,which can be used in the industrial production of KH 560.
