摘要
目的探讨硫酸氢氯吡格雷片治疗冠心病的应用效果。方法选取2016年3月～2018年3月我院收治的60例冠心病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(30例)和研究组(30例)。对照组患者采用阿司匹林片治疗,研究组患者采用硫酸氢氯吡格雷片治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的血小板反应指数(PRI)、血小板平均聚集率(MPA)、治疗总有效率、不良反应总发生率。结果研究组患者治疗后的PRI水平为(25.30±5.20)%,MPA水平为(40.25±4.25)%,均低于治疗前的(44.58±4.35)%和(65.35±6.10)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者治疗后的PRI水平为(32.80±5.45)%,MPA水平为(52.33±5.35)%,均低于治疗前的(44.63±4.30)%和(65.40±6.03)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗后的PRI及MPA水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的不良反应总发生率为13.33%,低于对照组的26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论用硫酸氢氯吡格雷片治疗冠心病可以明显降低PRI和MPA,提高临床治疗效果,且不良反应发生率低,有重要临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the effect of Clopidogrel Hydrogen Sulfate Tablets in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 60 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected as subjects and were divided into control group(30 cases)and study group(30 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Aspirin Tablets,while the study group was treated with Clopidogrel Hydrogen Sulfate Tablets.The platelet reactivity index(PRI),mean platelet aggregation rate(MPA),total effective rate of treatment and total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the PRI level of patients in the study group was(25.30±5.20)%,MPA level was(40.25±4.25)%,both lower than those before treatment of(44.58±4.35)% and(65.35±6.10)%,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the PRI level of patients in the control group was(32.80±5.45)%,MPA level was(52.33±5.35)%,both lower than those before treatment of(44.63±4.30)% and(65.40±6.03)%,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The PRI and MPA levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the study group was 96.67%,which was higher than that in the control group(73.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 13.33%,which was lower than that in the control group(26.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment of coronary heart disease with Clopidogrel Hydrogen Sulfate Tablets can significantly reduce PRI and MPA,improve clinical treatment,and has a low incidence of adverse reactions,which has an important clinical application value.
