脑利钠肽与中医证型及NYHA分级的相关性研究 被引量:38

摘要 目的:研究心力衰竭患者血浆脑钠素(BNP)水平与心功能分级之间的关系,以及BNP作为心力衰竭中医辨证分型客观化指标的可行性。方法:正常对照组140例,心力衰竭组339例(包括59例治疗前后),根据NYHA分级和中医辨证分型进行分组,并测定血浆BNP水平,采用SPSS10.0统计软件,分析其间的相关性。结果:心力衰竭患者的血浆BNP水平显著高于正常组,与中医证型和NYHA分级显著相关。不同NYHA分级之间以及不同中医证型之间,血浆BNP水平不同,有统计学差异,其浓度随中医证型和心力衰竭程度加重而升高,经治疗心功能改善后,则显著下降。结论:血浆BNP水平是反应心功能的敏感且特异的指标,可以作为心力衰竭中医辨证分型客观化的指标。 Objective: The trail was designed to observe relation between severity of chronic heart failure and level of plasma BNP. And to observe the feasibility that use the level of plasma BNP to distinguish the type of syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine, Methods :There were 140 normal people assigned in the control group and 339 cases assigned in the heart failure group. And the latter was assigned to groups according to NYHA Ⅰ-Ⅳ and types of syndrome. The level of plasma BNP was estimated and the data was analysised by,the software of SPSS10.0. Results :The level of the heart failure group was higher than the control group. And significant difference existed among the NYHA Ⅰ-Ⅳ and the types of syndrome. There were relations between the level of plasma BNP and the NYHA classes, and the types. Conclusion : The level of plasma BNP is a sensitive and special mark of heart failure. It is feasible to distinguish the heart failure types of syndrome by the level of plasma BNP.
