摘要
采用平板对峙培养法,通过T2、J4细菌发酵上清液对苹果轮纹病菌丝生长的抑制作用实验,筛选了T2、J4细菌培养的最优培养基。结果表明:4号培养基(黄豆粉30 g、玉米粉30 g、NaCl 0.6 g)是T2细菌的最优培养基;1号培养基(蛋白胨6g、酵母浸膏3g)和2号培养基(蛋白胨3g、牛肉浸膏1.8 g、葡萄糖1.5 g)是J4细菌的最优培养基。
The optimal medium for T2 and J4 bacterial culture is screened by using the plate confrontation culture method to inhibit the growth of apple ringworm mycelium with T2 and J4 bacterial fermentation supernatants. The results show that: No. 4 medium (30g of soy flour, 30g of corn flour, 0.6g of Nacl) is the best medium for T2 bacteria; medium No. 1 (6g of peptone, 3g of yeast extract ) and No. 2 medium (3g of peptone, 1.8g of beef extract, 1.5g of glucose) are the optimal media for J4 bacteria.
