摘要
试验研究蜡样芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus)CGMCC4348菌株对番茄灰霉病菌(Botrytis cinerea)的生物防治效果,并初步探讨其抑菌机理,以寻找防治番茄灰霉病的新方法。试验从定量生物测定、室内离体抑菌试验和盆栽试验3个方面考察其抑菌作用效果,并以硫酸铵分级沉淀法提取拮抗蛋白进行检测。结果表明,室内抑菌试验的EC50为6.19 mg/L;盆栽试验中处理3对番茄灰霉病的平均防效达75.80%,与50 mg/L嘧霉胺处理的防效相当。试验证明蜡样芽孢杆菌CGMCC4348对番茄灰霉病菌有较好防治效果。
The antibacterial activity and control mechanism of Bacillus cereus CGMCC4348 was investigated to find new methods against Botrytis cinerea.By quantitative bioassay,in vitro experiment and pot experiment,antagonistic protein was extracted with ammonium sulfate precipitation fractionation to determine the control efficiency.EC50 of Bacillus cereus CGMCC4348 was 6.19 mg/L.Average controlling effect of Bacillus cereus 4348 on Botrytis cinerea was 75.8%,equal to the control group which was treated by 50 mg/L Pyrimethanil,suggesting well inhibitory effect of Bacillus cereus CGMCC4348 against Botrytis cinereaa.
