摘要
初步探讨了抗辣椒疫病芽孢杆菌BS18的发酵条件,通过培养条件优化及正交试验得出最佳培养基配方:即牛肉膏+蛋白胨3%,麦芽糖0.5%,NaCl0.1%,(NH4)2SO40.5%;最佳培养条件为:起始pH值7.0～7.5、250mL三角瓶装液量30mL、接种量0.5mL、摇瓶速度130r/min、温度30℃。在此条件下培养BS18菌株48h,其无菌发酵液对辣椒疫霉病菌抑菌圈直径达2.85cm。
The fermental condition influence on the inhibitory effect of Bacillus sp. BS18 antagonistic to Phytophthora capsici was studied. Through culture condition and orthogonal tests,we obtained an optimal medium composition-eef extract 20% ,tryptone 2%, maltose 1% ,NaC1 0.1%, （NH4）2SO4 0.3%;when the strain was cultured with conditions as following ：initial pH 7. 0～ 7. 5,inoculation level 2 %, 130 r/min shake revolutions with 30 mL medium in 250 mL flask. Cuhure temperature was 30℃ and culture time was 48 hours. The diameter of inhibition zone reached 2. 85 cm.
