摘要
科研团队是关系到高校创新能力和发展的重要组成部分,针对实际绩效评价中存在的高度不确定性问题,本文提出了一种基于改进区间数证据理论的高校科研团队绩效评价方法。首先,构建高校科研团队绩效评价指标体系并确定指标权重。其次,形成基于区间数的初始可信判断矩阵,并利用核密度估计得到综合证据可信度矩阵。然后,采用D-S合成规则得到基本概率赋值并据此作出判断决策。最后,通过对安徽H高校的一支科研团队的实证分析,有效验证了该方法的合理性,为今后的高校绩效评价工作提供了新的参考。
Scientific research team is an important part of the innovation ability and development of colleges and universities.Considering the high degree of uncertainty in actual performance evaluation,this paper proposes a performance evaluation method for university research teams based on improved interval value D-S theory.Firstly,the performance evaluation index system of university scientific research teams is constructed and the index weight is determined.Secondly,an initial confidence judgment matrix based on interval value is formed,and the kernel density estimation is used to obtain the comprehensive evidence credibility matrix.Then,the D-S synthesis rule is used to obtain the basic probability assignment and makes a decision accordingly.Finally,through an empirical analysis of a scientific research team of H university in Anhui province,the validity of the method is verified effectively.It provides a new reference for the performance evaluation of colleges and universities in the future.
