摘要
目的总结放射性核素^(99m)Tc-DTPA肾动态显像的护理配合经验,提高检查成功率。方法总结我科2010年8月—2017年8月192例接受^(99m)Tc-DTPA肾动态显像患者,从预约登记开始到完成数据采集后图像处理结束的护理配合经验。结果 95.8%的患者一次性注射成功,圆满完成检查,"弹丸"式注射质量标准高、图像清晰。结论护理人员熟练的"弹丸"式注射技能及高效的优质护理措施,是圆满完成放射性核素99mTc-DTPA肾动态显像检查的坚实基础和有力保障。
Objective To improve the success rate of 99mTc-DTPA renal dynamic imaging by adhering to efficient and excellent nursing services and skilled“projectile”injection.Methods Summary our department from August 2010 to August 2017 192 patients undergoing 99mTc-DTPA renal dynamic imaging were analyzed and discussed from the beginning of the registration of registration to the completion of data processing after the completion of the image processing.Results 95.8%of patients undergoing renal dynamic imaging had a successful one-time injection and successfully completed the examination.The quality standard of“projectile”injection was high and the images were clear.Conclusion Nursing staff skilled“projectile”injection techniques and efficient quality care measures is a solid foundation for the successful completion of radionuclide 99mTc-DTPA renal dynamic imaging examination and a strong guarantee.
