摘要
目的探讨CICARE沟通对日间膀胱镜手术男性患者疼痛的影响。方法将66例行日间经尿道膀胱镜下拔除输尿管支架管术的男性患者,按拔管先后顺序分为对照组和观察组各33例,对照组采用常规护理沟通,观察组采用CICARE沟通,比较2组的疼痛程度。结果对照组中轻度疼痛13例,中度疼痛14例,重度疼痛6例;观察组中轻度疼痛26例,中度疼痛5例,重度疼痛2例。对照组拔管时的疼痛程度高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用CICARE沟通能有效减轻日间膀胱镜手术男性患者的疼痛程度,增强患者心理、生理上的耐受力,保障手术顺利进行。
Objective To investigate the effect of CICARE communication on pain in male patients undergoing daytime cystoscopy.Methods 66 patients who underwent transurethral resection of the bladder was removed by male patients with ureteral stent surgery,according to extubation sequence divided into control group and observation group of 33 cases,control group with routine nursing communication,the observation group used the CICARE communication,the degree of pain between the two groups.Results In the control group,there were 13 cases of mild pain,14 cases of moderate pain,6 cases of severe pain,26 cases of mild pain,5 cases of moderate pain and 2 cases of severe pain in the observation group,while the pain level of the control group was higher than that of the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of CICARE communication can effectively reduce the pain level of patients,enhance their psychological and physiological tolerance,ensure the smooth operation of ureteral stent under cystoscope and improve patient experience.
