摘要
基于Workbench平台,利用双向流固耦合的方式,对不同边界条件下换向阀内的流体运动进行了模拟与分析,得到了换向阀内液压油的流体特性在各个开度以及不同流量下的变化规律,并对差异出现的原因进行了分析,针对开度较小时的情况,单独对液压油的缝隙流动做了模拟,并对缝隙流动时流体的流速与压力的分布情况做了比较分析,缝隙流动时,流体运动并不均匀;对液压系统进行了流体冲蚀分析,得出了换向阀的冲蚀规律;对液压系统在液压油影响下的受力情况做了分析,得出了换向阀在液压油流动时的压力分布,并进一步对换向阀在液压力的作用下的位置变动进行了分析。
Based on the Workbench platform, the fluid motion in the reversing valve under different boundary conditions was sim-ulated and analyzed by two-way fluid-structure coupling. The variation law of the fluid characteristics of the hydraulic oil in the valve was obtained under the different opening degree and the flow rate, and the reason of the difference was analyzed. For the case of small opening degree, the gap flow of hydraulic oil was simulated separately, and the flow velocity and pressure distribution of the fluid flow were compared and analyzed. When the gap flows, the fluid movement was not uniform; hydraulic erosion analysis of the hydraulic sys-tem was carried out, and the erosion law of the valve was obtained. The stress distribution of the hydraulic system under the influence of the hydraulic oil was analyzed. The pressure distribution of the directional control valve in the hydraulic oil flow was obtained, and further, under the action of the position changes were analyzed.
