摘要
采用三维定常不可压缩κ-ε湍流模型方程,对某新研制动车组在400 km/h速度等级下明线运行时的空气动力学特性进行了研究,分析空调冷凝器表面进、出风口的压力分布规律,研究了冷凝风机进出口压差,分析对比了三种冷凝器进出风口位置设计方案的性能优劣.计算结果表明,冷凝器中间进风两边出风且加扰流罩的设计方案进出风效果最好.
Aiming at the design of condenser inlet and outlet to ensure the smooth operation of air conditioner significance,a three-dimensional steady incompressible turbulence model equation is used to study the aerodynamic characteristics of a newly developed EMU at open-loop operation at a speed of 400 km/h.The pressure distribution on the air inlet and outlet of an air conditioner condenser is analyzed.The import and export pressures of the condensing fan are studied,and three condenser inlet and outlet position designs are analyzed and compared.The calculation results show that the design of air inlet and spoiler cover on the both sides of the inlet air in the middle of the condenser has the best inlet and outlet wind effect.
