中国医养结合养老机构护理人力资源研究进展 被引量:22

摘要 医养结合是中国养老模式发展的必然选择,医养型护理人员是医养结合养老机构的服务内涵的核心,解决医养结合养老机构护理力资源问题对我医养结合养老事业的发展至关重要。本文综述国内外医养结合养老机构护理人力资源现状,分析中国养老护理人力资源匮乏原因以及相关的思考展望,为解决中国医养结合护理人力资源短缺问题提供依据和思路。 The combination of medical care and pension is an inevitable choice for pension mode in China.The nursing staff has become the core of services in nursing institution for the aged with the combination of medical care and pension,and therefore,the issue of nursing human resources in such institution plays an important role in the development of old-age care with the combination of medical care and pension.This article reviews the current status of nursing human resources in such institutions in China and foreign countries,analyzes the causes of the shortage of nursing human resources in China,and provides related thoughts and perspectives,which provides basis and thoughts for solving the issue of the shortage of nursing human resources in China.
