摘要
选取粉煤灰、矿渣、硅粉三种辅助胶凝材料为研究对象,设计11种混凝土配合比,采用电通量法及快速氯离子迁移系数法建立矿物掺合料掺量与混凝土抗氯离子侵蚀性能的关系。试验研究结果表明:粉煤灰及矿渣粉单掺时均可明显降低混凝土的渗透性,掺合料双掺时,混凝土的抗氯离子性能好于单掺情况;掺合料三掺时,混凝土的抗氯离子性能又好于双掺情况。表明采用复掺技术可进一步提高混凝土的抗氯离子性能。
Experiments are carried out to study the effect of admixtures on the chloride corrosion resistance of concrete.Three auxiliary cementitious materials,i.e.fly ash,slag and silica fume,are added into concrete samples with 11 mixture ratios.Then,the relationships between the admixture dosage and the chloride corrosion resistance of concrete are determined with the electric flux method and the rapid chloride migration coefficient method.The results show that fly ash and slag can reduce the permeability of concrete obviously.The chloride corrosion resistance of concrete when two of these admixtures are added is better than that when just one admixture is added.While the chloride corrosion resistance of concrete when three of these admixtures are added is better than that when two admixtures are added.It indicates that the compound admixture technology can further improve the chloride corrosion resistance of concrete.
