摘要
为量化分析盐腐蚀再生混凝土骨料对再生混凝土性能的影响,进行室内试验,采用浓度为3%、5%和7%的盐溶液持续浸泡再生粗骨料,并采用不同取代率的再生粗骨料分别替代天然骨料拌制再生混凝土,借助抗压强度、劈裂强度试验和抗氯离子渗透试验获取不同再生混凝土的强度和耐久性演变规律。试验结果表明:携带盐腐蚀介质的再生粗骨料用于混凝土中,可影响再生混凝土的力学强度,混凝土的早期强度略微改善,而后期力学强度遭到劣化。
In order to quantitatively analyze the effect of salt corrosion on the performance of recycled concrete aggregate,the indoor experiment is conducted.The recycled coarse aggregates are continuously soaked in salt solutions with concentration of 3%,5%,and 7%,and different substitution rates of recycled coarse aggregates are used to replace natural aggregates in the recycled concrete.The strength and durability evolution rules of different recycled concrete are obtained through the tests on the compressive strength,splitting strength,and chloride ion penetration.The test results show that:the use of recycled coarse aggregates with salt corrosion media in concrete can affect the mechanical strength of the recycled concrete.The early strength of concrete is slightly improved,while the later mechanical strength is degraded.
